dancing digits goes online!
we are temporarily delivering live online classes for schools and nurseries.
To help inject fun and energy into learning during the covid crisis, we have moved our revolutionary Dancing Digits classes online. Schools and Early Years settings can book a block of sessions, once a week for 4-6 weeks. We also offer one-off short taster sessions too.
about the online classes
You can find out more about our in-school Dancing Digits programme in the information below. The online classes are just as much fun and still very active, but they have been adapted to be accessible online.

about the dancing digits programme
dancing digits for schools & EYFS
We help you to inject fun and energy into learning with our Dancing Digits live show and classes. Children love joining in with our active and engaging activities and they can be free to use their bodies to learn without pens, paper or devices.
This revolutionary, cross-curricular learning programme is the perfect solution to inspire your children in maths and enjoy learning. You can book our live Dancing Digits show and interactive classes as a one-off ‘wow’ day or as a half term package. This is a great way for schools to cover the PE curriculum and do a bit of maths too! For Early years settings, this is a wonderful way to help children with their Early Learning Goals.
dance + maths = fun!
dancing digits classes
During our Dancing Digits classes, children make the digits with their bodies, dance along a number line, ‘stomp’ the times-tables, perform calculations, make a moving bar chart and more! The Dancing Digits classes are for EYFS, KS1, KS2 and SEN. We offer a block of weekly classes for each year group, over a half or full term.
dancing digits live show
This fun and engaging school maths show brings the maths curriculum alive with dance, music and voice! A team of professional dancers will demonstrate fun ways to dance about maths by performing funky routines set to up-beat music, whilst doing mathematical calculations!

helping children with maths anxiety
“Two million children are thought to have maths anxiety in England”
We help children to dispell their fears of maths with our fun, physical and creative activities. Please contact us to find out how we can help your children have fun with maths.
Take a look at this news feature highlighting some of the benefits of our Dancing Maths programme for schools:-
During our classes, children will develop core movement skills including agility, strength, flexibility, control, coordination, balance, rhythm, self expression, spatial awareness, musicality and more.
All our Dancing Digits classes are full of energy, movement and dance skills aligned with the Primary dance framework within the PE curriculum.
Our activities support children to develop their early mathematical intelligence. During our classes, they will experience simple maths themes such as number, shape, space and direction – all by bouncing around to music!
confidence & wellbeing
Our classes help children to feel good about themselves. The fun and engaging activities help to motivate children to try things for themselves and learn at their own pace. This approach gives all children the chance to build confidence and self-esteem.
exploring with their body
Children love to move and explore the world around them with their body. Our activities harness this natural instinct.
As well as all this, they will develop visio spatial skills – which recent research has found helps children develop a mathematical mindset.
